Great dining experience

Went there for my birthday dinner and it was a great dining experience. Only thing I didn't like was the area we were sitting in was right by the door so the draft coming into the room every time the door opened was a bit much.

We tried this because of a Living Social Coupon. I was pleasantly surprised, given I had not heard of this restaurant. It is a restored mansion attached to the Hippodrome Theater. I don't know all the details regarding the history. Wonderful decor. Appears to be a nice atmosphere to hold small gatherings/receptions. We had the fried oysters which were good....
