Need to find more job opportunity for people who live in and around the area...jobs that are willing to train or entry level position or get just more companies involved..to many people out of work and not enough jobs to go around...most I find...80% are not qualified..such as OTR truck drivers, or health field or companies expecting you to drive your car and use your mileage for their benifit...

If you are working for the division that is in Montgomery you must keep an eye on your check. This division pays on insentive and not all the times the correct amount is reported correctly or on time. The turn over rate is tremendous and work flow can be oe week you need 20 selectors an 25 unloaders and the following week can drop to 5 selectors all depending the needs of their client....
