The place is dirty .The floor in my Mom's room looked like it had not been mopped in weeks. The evening LPN was unprofessional with a "I don't want to be here attitude" Upon check in I had to TELL them to check her vitals; i.e. BP, Temp etc. When I asked for the name of the head Nurse, I was informed there was none, that she had quit.

I pulled my Mom out after the first night.

They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods. There was only a couple of times where the staff was actually able to answer my questions. Most of the time, they'd refer me to their boss or another staff member. It doesn't matter how many times I come here, they just cannot seem to remember my name and they make no effort to even try....
