Hand Made Mozzarella daily at the premises. Hand tossed, thin crust pizza, Home made, sauces, dressings and pasta. Authentic Italian and Greek Recipes from both of the owner's Greek and Italian families. Imported Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Kalamata Olives from owner's farm in Sparta Greece. Small menu, fresh ingredients, everything is made daily.
