Was more than a little disappointed at the level of service given by our agent. No response to inquiries, lied to about a credit, still not getting answers. Looks like our group may have to call management to try to get resolution.

I haven't bought a ticket in years. I still remember how awesome Corinne (I am sorry if I didn't spell that correctly) was. She helped me get to NYC and Florida many times. The Rock Hill location is awesome.
