Worst Sales Experience Ever

Could I give them zero stars? First, they were inept. I set up an appointment to test drive the XC60. When I arrived, they didn't have the car for me to drive. Waste of two hours. Second, they were unresponsive. They had a specific vehicle I wanted and I left message with two different sales guys who never called me back. I finally got someone on the phone after about a week. Third, they were liars. I went in to negotiate a lease payment and their number was about $75 per month higher than mine. At first I thought they were just screwing up the entries. But after about 30 minutes...

Terrible! I bought a car here, but avoid them if you can

Avoid this place. We did end up buying a car here, but it was a knock down drag out experience. We agreed on a price, and came back the next day to buy. That was when the tricks began. It took many hours, and they continually manipulated us and lied. They came up with fake issues to try and push us to use their financing, and when we were able to refute that and show our Capitol One loan was approved, they relented and we were able to buy the car at the agreed on price, but it was an absolutely awful experience.
