Always a great place to go is you are into or are interested in Latin dance. Friendly staff, great vibe, perfect whether you are a new learner or an experienced dancer. There is a wonderful mix of people so I really think any one of any age, ethnicity, etc can be comfortable. Also, I love that I can go as a single woman and feel very comfortable. I love the Mambo room!
No response to an earlier email but good response to a phone call
I used the small room in the back to create and practice a dance routine. The room isn't sound proof so you can definitely hear the classes and music next door, but that was completely smoothed over by the hospitality by the teachers! They checked on us every half hour to make sure we were okay, complimentary bottles of water (we were working hard!), and they opened the back door for us so we...
Even tho I've had a few lessons, I'm far from being a good salsa style dancer. I was pleased at how many gentlemen took me on the dance floor anyway, and were gracious while helping me. My friends and I felt welcomed, and after a few more lessons, we'll be ready to go again!
