There was nothing bad about our experience at Bourbon Raw - it was just not great. Which was disappointing because it was for my spouse's birthday while we were in Louisville for the weekend. The cocktails were mediocre, and the food was ok (is gravy on fried chicken a Louisville thing? because it made it soggy). while the wait staff were knowledgeable and cordial, service was quite slow. entrees took almost an hour after placing order. place was not full. good bourbon selection. we had eaten here a year ago for the first time, and that time was a great experience. This one was not.
