I once thought this was the best nursing home, but honestly they are all the same!
Resident can't get the proper care because the turnover on nurses and cna's are rediculous, and very short on employees, if I go every night I've never seen the same person. And the good workers have to suffer for the lackers, you'll see the same 1 cna busting her butt while the others are way on the other side...

A girl was just fired from the Maison de Lafayette tday for being pregnant.

We had just found out on Saturday night that my fiance was pregnant, Sunday morning she went to work and asked the nurse on duty if they could hold her nausea meds so that non of the residents would get a hold of them by mistake.
