This is the owner of Maids of Virginia addressing the above bad review, because we take things like this very seriously. I would like to apologize again publicly for the service provided to the customer. I would also like to explain about the delay in getting back to her. My wife got the email first and changed the misspelling of the word on the website before I got back to the office and as soon as I got back I did contact her immediately. Also I did ask her how we can best reconcile what we had done, twice, to which I got no response. I know we did wrong by her and were trying to make it right. As for the pictures, the table and outside of the appliances were obviously overlooked, but the tub was cleaned and the the white stuff is cleaning residue that never got wiped up after. Discipline has been taken on the maid that was out to her house and we are now just hoping that this bad service doesn't hurt our name too much. Nobody bats 1000 but we sure try to. Please don't let our one bad service review sway weather you give us a try or not.
