This is not a company that you should go with...go with your gut, just say no.
I wasted my time and my money the only upside is that I had purchased a coupon on Living Social for a 4 hour house cleaning and didn't pay the full price!
My house was actually cleaner before they came!! I emailed the company photos of my entire home (I wish I could say that the 3 above were the only issues!) as well as a copy of their "what can I expect" list from their site with yes/no beside each item listed. I also wrote a short paragraph with concerns of the service, the girl shorted me time and didn't even attempt to do several items on that list(like vacuum). Bottom line I got a very expensive, spotty dusting!
I did say in my email that the only conclusions I could come up with was they are not looking for future clients or maybe since they had several misspellings of their services (like vacuum) that maybe this should have been an indication of what to expect from Maids of Virginia.
They obviously got my email since they took the time to correct their misspellings but have not taken the time to address their services to me in any way!
So I am posting this review for the next possible consumer because if I had paid their full price of $30 an hour I wouldn't just be aggravated and VERY disappointed.... I would be FURIOUS!

This is a very unfair review. We went out of our way to help you as you are out of our area. You said that it would take 2 hours to clean your 3 story townhome. The floors and baseboards being your priority. We agreed to 2 hours and arrival time wasn't an issue with you as we were working you in. We invested our time and gas to accommodate you.
