I gave my uncle a Gift Card for their Spring Cleaning Service. How upset I was when my uncle told me that one of the cleaners stole over $500 worth of valuable coins and a pistol!!! Do not use this service!
I was hesitant to switch from my current service, but they switched my team and raised my price so I decided to look around - and I'm glad I did. The girls were super friendly and went above and beyond what I had come to expect from a cleaning service. I loved the smell of the products too!
We just had the worst experience EVER with Maids a la Mode. They showed up forty minutes late, and then DESPITE the fact that they say that they are "pet friendly" they send out someone who is allergic to cats. We have three, so how's that supposed to work? The maids call their boss and they won't send anyone else out, so the girl is just supposed to deal with it. Then after they have only been here ten minutes the owner calls my husband and tells him they can't clean our house because it's too dirty. REALLY!?! That's the service you are being paid to do!! Not only is that what service you are stating you provide, but the "deep cleaning" that they offer is what was purchased. Yes, we agree our house is dirty that's why we called, I've been sick for over a month now including having to have surgery and my husband needed some help. I will never recommend this company to anyone, and would advise that you spend your money elsewhere.
They did what they said they were going to do. The maids were pleasant and courteous to my needs.
They did a quality job and gave my little dog Sandy a treat : )
