I have been using this vet for about 2 years. I do like the Dr. I never really had an issue with this facility until late 2012 to 2013. The front desk staff (2 different individuals on 2 different occasions at the front desk and 1 on the phone Ms. "L" while requesting a refill on a med) has become very rude and unwilling to help with questions or even following through. Service has gone downhill badly

This clinic over the years has really gone downhill. The clinic charges for unrequired vaccines and treatments because they recommend them, but they will not see your animal unless you agree. They constantly ask if you want additional items; a shot for this, a shot for that. They have many unposted rules and must have so much business that their customer service is terrible; rude long time office manager who needs to retire, and extremely long waits to have oyur animal seen; sometimes 2 months, even when they have been seen there for years. They have no skills in handling special needs...

Took my 1.5 year old Boston terrier there several times; one time for leg surgery and several other times for shots etc. The staff is very friendly and the price is average compared to the local area.

It seem slike evey time I walk thru the door it is 200.00 or more. Took the cat in for allergies, they wanted to take 3 xrays. I said one. One was all we needed. 200.00 visit. Tok the dog in for ear infection, antibiotic was 108.00. Again, visit was 200.00. I will be looking for another vet next go round.
