There must be 80 people on the floor. And there is one single person checking people out. In addition - the 80 people aren't really trained on any products - so you are on your own from beginning to end.

First of all let me say I created a yelp account just to review this store. On the positive side, there is plenty of space to walk, mainly because people haven't been going to best buy since 2005.. If I can give ZERO stars, I would. Avoid GEEK SQUAD at all costs. First, they left a message on my phone that the computer was ready. It wasn't. Wasted an hour driving there and back. Second, they claimed they tested the hard drive and it tested bad, so they say. Therefore, they would not clean it. …

For businesses to remain open its all about customer service and experience. This place lacks customer service and efficiency. I have seen shorter lines and friendlier service at any DMV compared to this place.

Poorest customer service I've encountered this decade. Products on display that aren't in stock. Great for trying out products then going home to buy online. No wonder they are going under.
