I purchased my Simplicity snow thrower from them and they were $100.00 more than a competitor and would not match the price. Given that they do free pick up and delivery i was willing to spend the extra $100.00 . My first use of it in late 2014 the control which allows the tip of the shoot to move up and down froze up. Has happened all this winter too (2015). In their defense I have not...
