Lauren and Brandon made my shopping experience Amazing. Lauren at the Willow Ben location provided kind service and offered to put items up front while I shopped. At the Galleria store Brandon in shoes was soo happy and full life.

The women’s restroom at the Macy’s Galleria in Dallas was the most disgusting ladies restroom I have ever seen. There was urine on the floor, poop on the toilet, stalls out of service, toilet paper all over the floor and paper towels all over the counters, one with blood on it. I asked a female sales associate about it and she said that they complain all the time and management never does...

This is the first macys where I dont get overwhelmed shopping in. So far I've gotten a kitchen aid mixer, makeup and work clothes and most of the time I've bought them online and pick up in store...

Super excited! I went to find sneakers since I was long over due for work out shoes. And shoes to use on the day to day. I thought the shoes would've been pricy since Macy's is a top designer...
