Horrible customer service. No one wants to help. Will never return to this macys!! I do not recommend anyone to come here. Go to springfield or tysons!

With Macy's, you have to have low expectations for customer service, but even with my non-existent standards, this store still manages to disappoint. I don't quite know why, but the staff here...

Ok this is one of the worst Macy's I've shopped in! You will be hard pressed to find sales staff or better women's fashion. What makes it worse it's attached to a mall which is not a mall at all....
