I have used their services several times for updates and repairs and am more than satisfied.They usually have repairs done the same day and are very consumer friendly.

The owner knows a lot about Macs but the receptionist doesn't want to give a customer the time of day, is rude on the phone, and may or may not be dumb as dirt. Is it worth it to be treated like low-life to get your Mac worked on?

This is absolutely the WORST company in…

This is absolutely the WORST company in terms of customer service. The owner is a complete jerk and I have no idea how he is still in business.

After looking for someone to help with my Mac, I found these guys. No nonsense, just great service. In and out in one day and they even answer questions without asking for a credit card.
