Two short blocks from Copley Square, Hotel 140 is a deal in the pricey Back Bay. Contemporary-style rooms and bathrooms are on the small side, but prices are so reasonable that the hotel consistently fills with leisure and thrifty business travelers. It occupies the fifth through eighth floors of the 14-story building; the deli in the lobby serves breakfast and lunch. The hotel opened in 2005...

It’s a great place to stay!

It’s a great place to stay! The staves were friendly and very pleasant if ever I have any concerns. They offered tasty food and the restaurant staves were very efficient and helpful. Overall our impression was good and we enjoyed staying there. Thank you so much! It was strongly recommended to everyone!

Almost every play in the three or four years of our season memberships has been a winner. Amazing variety, incredible depth of characters. (Love that a majority of the actors are members of Actor's Equity.) Many local actors make these terrific theatre pieces even closer to our hearts.

This place is an intimate venue in Boston, that usually has great stuff. The current run of Kiss Of The Spider Woman is awful and should be avoided at all costs though. Bad acting. Lifeless. After intermission there were only 2 couples left in my row.

Outstanding productions in an intimate setting! Highly recommend!

Lawton explores the comedy and tenderness of this gender-fluid tale, working with a versatile ensemble that creates not only many worlds but also many centuries. A. Nora Long directs with a sure hand and the ability to make the small thrust stage sparkle like a...
