Upscale dorm living at Park Avenue prices. Pros: 2 year old building with nice lobby, friendly and helpful concierge staff, easy Metro access, ample parking, impressive club room, good courtyard. Cons: Quirky roof space, tiny gym with broken equipment, noise from 3 of 4 sides and ineffective top management mostly concerned with throwing parties, gossip, sending useless daily memos and raising rent.
