well i can tell you that these post are outdated, all the office personnal is friendy, maintenance staff is great. also they now have renovated apartments which look good, they also have a boat ramp. nice property and nice people.

Other than Amy and Vanessa the staff is god awful since the beiging of living here we have had constant maintenance issues(nothing has ever been fixed or changed) my husband has wound up doing himself Maintenance does nothing they had over charged us for bull honestly little things .. The park is nice if the neighbors did not have such mouths and would not act so ignorant . Recently our apartment had become mold infested because our water heater had broke (which we had complained about this issue from day one) but our floors became damage and they expect us to pay full rent and expect our...

Ilived there for 6 months before my unexpected separation from the military and it was the worst place ever, My next door neighbors were loud and disrespectful. They also got the cops in their unit several times plus he was a narcotic dealer. The managementwere lazy and didn't knew what they had to do. I was under a military clause and they changed at the time of moving and they claim money they don't deserve. This place is awful and I dont recomend it to no one. That's not to mention that maintenance doesn't know anything bout how to fix things and when my AC unit messed up I had to wait...
