I own a Kymco scooter which was bought brand new from Virgil Naff. A 3-year warranty was purchased with it, extended from the original 2-year warranty. At about 3600 miles the engine quit, and was rebuilt under warranty by Virgil Naff (which took them just under 2 months to do). Lots of parts, horrible service. Dex Knows

My only experience was a recent parts purchase. Knowing orders only go in on certain days, I specifically asked for an exact day I could expect my parts as I had a trip I was leaving on and needed them. LONG story short, I have been misled at every pass. In the future I will be doing all my ordering online.I had to pay up front for my parts, but have no hope of seeing them any time...
