ZERO STARS. I had a pickup scheduled at 4:15AM on 4/1/11. THEY NEVER SHOWED. The pickup was confirmed the night before. At 4:20 AM I called to find out where the driver was. The dispatcher could not get in touch with the driver, telling me 'his phone is out of the service area'. Told me he'd try again & call me back in 2 minutes. 5 minutes later after not hearing from the dispatcher I called...
