My in laws have been residents of Lutheran Crossings for several years. After my mother in law went into the Nursing Care facility a few years ago, I got frustrated every time I went to visit her. I have asked of the staff something I think is basic for human existence and I get no cooperation. I had talked to the manager, the nurses and the aides that care for her at least 12 times asking that...
