This is the worst flooring company ever! There wood is toxic, and very poor quality. When you realize this, right after ordering and not even opening the product, they refus to give you your money back. What a scam.

Where can I go to have our apparently poisonous laminate flooring tested, that you sold to my family earlier this year? Thanks! Wish I had the money to rip every bit of it from my home tonight and replace it! But I spent it all on 1000+ sq ft of this floor!

I bought laminate to do my hallway. They recommended an installer who was very professional and fast. After receiving the labor estimate, I found someone else to install the products. The staff a LL was always very helpful, friendly, and professional. Pricing was better than HD or Lowes on comparable products, but they stood ready to answer questions about the installation or anything I needed. I felt they really cared about my complete experience. I would definitely buy again. BTW, they did not ask me to write this!

If you want to be abused this is the place. The manager mocked me and treated my complaint about a return fee as if I was pond scum. He defended his return policy which appears halfway down a full page of small print written material and argued that I had been verbally informed of the details although I had not.
