On Father's Day my family and I had dinner at Luigi's Italian Restaurant. We decided to go here because I had a $25.00 discount coupon from a company called Restaurant.Com and it was about to expire. Luigi's has an ongoing agreement with Restaurant.Com to actively promote their business through advertising and issuing discount coupons for a fee to the customer. The coupons list restrictions, but does not restrict Father's Day or any holiday. When I tried to pay my bill the owner refused to honor my coupon because it was a holiday. He said if had to work Father's Day he wanted to be paid in full for his work. In his defense, there is an 'owner's escape clause' listed under the terms and conditions of the discount coupon that says the issuing restaurant credit is at the sole discretion of the merchant. But I say, if you plan to use it.... post a sign, don't give me the Father's Day (BS) excuse. In conclusion, I paid the bill in full and gave the waiter a very nice tip just to show the owner, cashier, and waiter who the cheap SOB really is.
Horrible food. The dishes do not have any taste but garlic. I have never eaten bland lasagna before. The only good thing where the garlic knots but the rest was just greasy. The tomato sauce had no taste to and my husbands dinner (shrimp) had so much garlic in it that thats is all one could taste.
In times past we have enjoyed the pizza here. After so many years the place has been closed and a Mexican restaurant has been opened in its place.Place has Been Closed. Place has Been Closed. Place has Been Closed. Place has Been Closed. Place has Been Closed
I like to thank Luigi's for the accommodations, awesome food and great staff. The food was delicious true Italian cuisine. The grandchildren pretended to be grown ups. The staff was happy to oblige. A great experience for us.
This great restaurant is closed...the owners retired. So very sorry. How many ways can you say closed? It hasn't been closed that long. It's now a Mexican restaurant.
I was in town and tried this place by placing an order for carry-out. The customer service needs a little improvement as far as politeness over the phone. i really enjoyed the food despite the staffs attitude. The food was amazing, it was the best Alfredo sauce I've had in a very long time. I'm impressed. As everyone else has said the garlic knots are amazing, it's true they really are!
Went there for the lunch buffet. Not good at all. The food had obviously been sitting out for a long time. The garlic knots were like tiny baseballs, we couldn't even cut them with a knife. Much less chew them. The pizza was barely warm and stale. Service was very friendly though and atmosphere is pleasant.
