Customer Service is worse than your thoughts. I wasted 4 weeks with owner and he has been misleading me with different dates for delivery and prices. Horrible service. You have to follow up on every item and his attitude is like he is giving you something for free. PATHETIC !!!!! I ended up cancelling my order. Wish i had read these reviews before and stayed away from this place !!

When we purchased a new home we needed tons of new furniture. The prices at Lucy Furniture seemed lower and I figured I'd use them. I had bought a bed from them last year and it took forever to get and was the WRONG one when I finally got it. But, being the optimist I am, I figured it was a one time mistake on their part. I searched on-line and no prices compared to what Lucy's offered for the same item. I saved hundreds of dollars!
