This is a subterranean dive with gritty charisma. Live cover bands play at one of its two bars Thursdays and Fridays, and crooners (think Frank Sinatra types) play on the weekends, including for Sunday brunch, to a yuppie-meets-artsy crowd. The hip Rat Pack vibe, large martinis, and fine salads, pizzas, and meatloaf keep lines trailing out the door. The story goes: when its signboard wasn't...
Hidden "speakeasy-style" behind "unmarked doors", this "atmospheric" Fort Point lounge exudes a "Rat Pack vibe", especially on Sinatra weekends, devoted to Ol' Blue Eyes tributes; "friendly" servers ferry cocktails and comfort food to a mix of locals, "popped-collar" dudes and "flannel-and-Wayfarers"-clad hipsters.
Speakeasy style in the Seaport. No sign, but follow the steps down to find welcoming scene. Curved bar is the center of the action, with live music five nights a week in the back. Big Blue Eyes fans here, with Sinatra brunches, tribute performances. Serves lunch and dinner: wild Maine mussels, steak frites, homemade meatloaf wrapped in bacon. Peak hours can get tight, so make a reservation if...
Descending the stairs into Lucky's is like stepping through a portal into a swinging hipster lounge straight out of the '50s. Dim red lighting washes a rowdy vinyl-upholstered dining room, which is...
We recently hosted a brunch at Lucky's. The food was great, the service was excellent, the Sinatra singer was very good, and the price was reasonable. What's not to like?
Lucky Lounge is a great place for a killer mojito!
I have visited a few times when bar hopping in the area with friends. A few years ago was delighted when u had dinner with family their.
My most recent visit was during the afternoon three weeks ago while waiting for a local brewery Trillum to open. I got a mimosa and French fries. We were waiting for more people to have lunch and the French fries were delicious ! Staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean.
For the Lounge only: Came to Lucky's to celebrate a friends birthday on a Saturday night. We arrived late but Lucky's had accommodated the party really well giving us a corner booth with a table...
My son, who lives in Boston, took us to brunch while we were visiting him. What a surprise. I thought we were going into a seedy basement, but when we opened the door, it was really nice. We were entertained by "Sinatra" while we ate and had a great breakfast and wonderful time. What a treat.
Lucky's is definitely a neighborhood sort of place, it was hopping on a recent Sunday night for their "Sinatra Sundays". The food was good with some standouts, the Brussel sprouts appetizer was great, prime rib special delicious. Meatloaf was ok, very heavy. We had the dinner special which includes an app to share, 2 entrees and a bottle of wine...

Lounges: Old Blue Eyes may no longer be with us, but his spirit lives on in places like the Lucky. Yes, an old school brand of cool pervades at Lucky's Lounge. From the lounge music, to the old photographs, it is not hard to recall the days when the Rat Pack was all the rage and being hip meant something far more than it does today. Don't let the chill vibe fool you, this is one cool place to...
