She cut my aussies pad while grooming failed to notify me at pickup. when i discovered the injury calleed to find out what happen. No big deal she said it your problem not mine further said if I took my dog to the vet to control the bleeding I would be wasting my money.It took the vet 2 hors to stop and contol the bleeding. She should be put out of buisness

Took my pet here last week and was very disappointed with the service and the cut. The shop smelled like mold and the clip was choppy.

Not nice to dogs in her care!

When I stopped in to get a price to have my cocker spaniel groomed the groomer/owner was yelling at the dog she was grooming. When I confronted her about this she stated ""that the dog wouldn't hold still."" This was an outrage to me...I'm so glad that I walked into that salon when I did! Please be advised that she doesn't treat her dogs very well. After speaking with the owner I didn't even feel as though she felt bad about what she was caught doing.
