Dr Sethi is great but as for her staff (not the front desk as they are also great) she needs to get rid of them. They are rude, condescending, lie, do not return messages, do not fax information to the correct places, do not fax information at all, etc., etc., ad nauseum. Doctors need to become better managers and let go of the people that are making them look bad and lose business.

Five stars, I'd give her 10 if I could. She has really helped me out, changed my life. No more limping around for me. Dr. Sethi is the real deal, very nice and sweet. My favorite Doctor since I've lived in DFW, and that's been about eight years.
