Do yourself a favor - never ever EVER buy a washing machine or really any appliance from Lowes. Worst, absolute worst customer service ever. Three 'repairs' and two months later we now have warer leaking through to the first floor

Chris in the Appliances Department was absolutely fabulous a couple of days ago when I brought my 85 year old mother. Her complaint concerned the noise her new washer made...it cleans clothes beautifully but is noisy and she can't understand why. Chris hooked her up with someone who was able to patiently listen to her (on the phone) and arranged for a repairman to come out to check the machine....
