Waited over 12 minutes for someone to help in kitchen cabinets and counter top area. Finally gave up after pushing the ask for help button 3 times after it timed out. Went to customer service and she said she would try to call someone and I said if they havent come by now I think they went home for the evening. I really hate Lowes, never anyone to help u.

Thank you, John Berry, Peggy and Sue for going out of your way for me. Early morning, before I had to get to my job, they went out of their way and out of their department to make sure I left with what I needed. So very pleasant and helpful. Not only did I get what I needed, I got to work in plenty of time, much relieved that the errand was done. Great job, folks!!
