I bought a kitchen faucet, brought it home and found out it won't fit with old faucet. Back to lowes I go... The gentleman in plumbing section "Chris " was the biggest help ever. He told what I needed and how to do it. And If I needed more help he would gladly help. Thank you Chris!!! It worked great! Thanks again!

Worst service EVER! Inconsiderate, incompetent employees. Not one individual in that store knows how to answer a phone or work a cash register. Two times I've had to go there at 8:00 pm to fix a mistake they made. How difficult is it to buy a washing machine?!
