Horribly mismanaged store. Perhaps Lowe's should create a no fraternizing policy between it's management and employees. I was in there last week and saw and overheard an assistant manager and an employee engaging in an inappropriate manner. Saw the badge with the guys name so that I could report to manager. Maybe if Saul Gonzales could pull himself away from his staff long enough to allow them...

Concerned consumer unable to connect with Lowes on Blanco &1604. I was promised a 9/22/15 delivery date when I bought the appliances. After purchase, you told me they wouldn't be available. I have called the mainline multiple times & no one EVER answers. I want a 9/22/15 delivery date. I would like what I was promised. Can you contact me ASAP?

What has happened to this store? We've done business with them for years (and still find most of the floor employees to be very helpful) but communication/follow up is poor and management invisible. Literally. Dave the Manager … calling Dave the Manager … ?????????
