Answer the phone. Myself and a rep from the Lowes Installation team have been trying to reach anyone in the store for the past hour and no one in the store will even pick up the phone. We're trying to find out about a material order and can't even get the store to answer the phone.

This is literally 100% UNACCEPTABLE!! TWO times now I have had to go to Lowe's Home Improvement for them to do a color match from my large wall sample I brought in. Installation services is weak at this store. While the design staff is great, it took 5 1/2 months for them to install my bathroom (they did not even start until 4 months AFTER I paid). Even when I "escalated" the situation, the installation sale manager and the project scheduler did nothing to improve the speed of installation.
