We were in tonight to buy flooring. No joke- EVERY associate was on their cell phone. When I asked the guy in flooring for help he had to finish his text before helping me. Horrible customer service.

Be aware of ordering from lowes.com. I ordered patio furniture and was told delivery would take place in two weeks... Six weeks later, and after many phone calls I finally received my purchase....
