This Lowe's store has no costumer service. They are so rude. This morning i went in and asked to be checked out with just lightbulbs and they told me to go to the self checkouts because they were all busy. There were no other customers and 15 workers standing around bullshitting...

This Lowes has the worst customer service. I can never find anyone in any of the departments to help me. There are like 12 register lanes but never any checkers. Everyone is trying to figure out how to use the self checker stations.

So I got Lowe's card, bought flooring....in july....have NOT gotten a bill, but got my permanent card.....and called the 1-800 number to check where my bill was so to pay. got a girl from the philippines? Lowes extended warranty sucks and so do the management the guy I just talked to is a fn idiot I did not even caRe a customer was upset.

Good luck with warranty work. My refrigerator has given me nothing but problems. The contractor replaced both ice makers a week ago. Today the bottom freezer door is frozen shut. That was why I called originally. The root problem was never diagnosed or fixed by the contractor. At least the washer and dryer I have works fine. That being said, I will not buy another appliance from Lowe's.
