Need more people to help customers can't ask information about anything especially woman please do something about this problem or i can't shop their anymore if their is no one to help me . Thank you

Just had a bad experience at this store. Carpet department was understaffed and the stressed out salesman was "less than helpful." We wound up walking out after waiting a long time for anyone to even address us. Angry because I had already paid the $35 fee to have my room measured. But I wouldn't buy carpet there after being treated so poorly.

Stopped at this Lowe's on the way home from work to look for a back splash. Frustrated by their setup on how to find the one on display that I wanted samples of I searched the department for help. Unable to find anyone, I searched the store for any employee. Finally found one on my way out and asked them if anyone was in that department that could help.
