Was reminded today of why I started going to Home Depot. To start called the store to inquire about an item. The person on the phone said "I don't know if we carry that...I'm sure we do" so I go to the store and wait 45 mins for assistance. Finally had to demand to see a manager to get the help I needed.

The 7th Ave East store in Hendersonville, NC has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Extremely poor communication, knowledge & integrity. The associate in their plumbing dept. Sold us the wrong sink & continually lied about issues with the their sink distributor & the sink delivery so he could make his monthly quota. The sink had been cancelled & he never told us.
