Dropped in for a quick visit, looking for some specialty parts for a UPS back up system. They didn't have the parts but were very helpful in recommending a couple local places to check.

Bad customer service. Never got greeted the whole time I was there. Couldn't find what I was looking for even with help after 10 minutes and the store wasn't even busy. Went to home depot and as soon as I walked in I got greeted by someone working in the front. Ask if I needed help finding anything. Took no long then 5 minutes there.
