Really dissapointed in the customer service at this store. We asked 3 different employee's where the pipe was we were looking for and none of them could be bothered to take us to the location. What they did do was point in a vague direction and say look in the back. Probably the most helpful person in the store …

Best lowe's in Hampton roads. The staff that works in its areas know what there talking about. I've never had issue with returns or something being out of stock at this location.

That was the first time to visit Lowe's. Great! They have things HomeDepo nearby does not have. Not crowded. Fast check out. Beautiful flowers outside. Some employees are really talkative and slow...
