Up until I now I would have given Lowe's a 5. Now, after recently buying 4 new appliances and considering the customer service I received after the sale I would have to knock it down to a 1. My suggestion to Lowes...if your clerks are going to give military the discount when shown military ID...then dont offer it. This is the 3rd time I have showed my military ID and the clerk, running he mouth with the other clerk bagging my items, did not include the discount. When asked...she said "oh..I forgot". As much as I prefer Lowes over Home Depot...I will now be going there instead.
