Not only is the in-store customer service very poor (employees unfriendly, unknowledgeable and most of all unavailable) but the website is one of the worst I've ever used (and I shop online a lot). As a building subcontractor I need to find current prices and availability and Lowes makes this a lot harder than necessary. I wish Home Depot was closer!

Worst customer service EVER! I have never in my life had such a problem getting someone to help me, and after trying to get something ordered 3 times, I give up! I will pay more money for the home improvement items that I need at a smaller scale store, before I spend any more of my money at Lowes.
