s.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended because they do what they say they will. I am sure they will fix it correctly, and if possible immediately. Great shop.

At this point I simply do not know what to think off this business,phone is always busy ,I sent a watch before storm Sandy to no avail cant even get a response,I am even giving this business,the benefit ,that there might have been some problem with the storm it would be helpful to answer your telephone.

I just received my watch. The most important thing is that it was fixed. However, I was not pleased with the service at all! Aside from taking over a month to have the watch fixed, the watch was sent back to me taped up in a piece of paper. The watch is important to me and it was sent to them in the original protective box to ensure that it would be kept safe through the mail. The watchmakers notified me that they throw boxes away when they are received. I would like to let everyone know this, as it was not explained to me, in order for others to avoid this. I am very satisfied with the repair of my Anne Klein watch. I sent the watch by mail for a new crystal and had it back within a few weeks.
