Los Toltecos is a traditional Mexican restaurant with freshly prepared foods. The menu features breakfast foods, appetizers, chicken dishes, enchiladas, burritos and side orders. For the vegetarians, it has garden quesadillas, potato and cheese chimichangas, garden burritos, fajitas and veggie platters. It has several locations in Virginia and one Frederick, Md.
