Salads fresh, bread wonderful, staff attentive ESP when one of our steaks was over cooked. They provided a new fresh plate. Bar area is first come first serve so nice when there is a wait for a table.

Staying at the Hyatt Place and walked to have dinner at LongHorn. I was seated very quickly. The wait staff (Matt) was very good bringing the food in a appropriate timing. The sirloin steak was cooked really well. Very good meal tonight.

Love this chain. Steaks are great, appetizers are divine and desserts.....out of this world. Our family of 7 was quickly seated and orders taken. The staff was outstanding and provided us with more than adequate customer service. Servings are plentiful. disappointing service for second visit

I was in Richmond for business all week and I decided to give this restaurant a second try after a bad service experience in April last year.
