Cannibals would treat you nicer!

To give a review I had to give a star rating had it not been for that they would have scored a 0! As far as customer service and people skills I think some nazis could have been nicer. My husband called well before the 30 day notice time to see what all they required before we moved out, whomever answered the phone said they would pass on the message and NO WRITTEN NOTICE WAS REQUIRED. A few days later the property manager came by for what we thought was our pre move out inspection. She freaked out seeing all the boxes and asked what was going on and if we had given a 30 day WRITTEN NOTICE. We explained about the phone call and she said they had received no such call, my husband showed her his phone where he had indeed made the call and she said well you could have called about anything. She kept rudely talking over my husband and would not let him get a word in. We put in our 30 day written notice that day, sadly it was a few days shy of 30 days till the end of the month. Instead of admitting their mistakes and prorating us rent a few days they charged us for the entire month of March when we moved out around the middle of February. Now they wont return my calls to get our security deposit back. Beyond rude, I would never use them as a realtor or property management unless you enjoy horrible service and no contact.
