I dont think Long and Foster teach their brokers very well.One of their brokers showed us the wrong lot and cost us alot of money.She had the wrong lot surveyed and purked for us.Then she had some paperwork done at the health dept. that cost us 190.00 for nothing.Whatever company you chose,check and recheck what they do.Bandit
