Waco Service is less than desirable. If you are an owner-op you can expect to pay top dollar for parts. The service department will over promise everytime. It is Sat, Sept 10 2015 my truck was promised to be back to me last Weds the 7th, now it is going to be late Monday the 12th. Always an excuse as to why they can't fulfill what they promised. I ordered a new truck in July of 2014. Two months after placing the order the salesman realised that he ordered the wrong cab type. So he reordered the truck properly. He assured me I would be satisfied with the deal and that I would get my truck in December. Its now January 15 2015 many broken promises later. Charged 3 hours labor for 15 minutes of work on my truck. Kenny in service at Shreveport Truck Center admitted to my face that he overcharged me! The mechanic did a good job. They lost a customer forever! Told me he has to overcharge to send " these guys to school"! I'm sure this post will be deleted. I hope some hard working owner operators see it before getting ripped off.
