Passive aggressive management. forget about the customers' needs.He chooses which customers to give good service and I wasn't on list. Tread carefully.

Shawn the ""manager"" put the wrong label on my package and it went to Oregon instead of Colorado. The person that got my package stole most of the stuff out of the box, then sent it back to the ups store. Shawn then told me he would put in a claim to reinburse me.
