Horrible customer service. I would have given it 0 stars if that was an option. I was going in to try on some Klogs, and they only had white and black... I mentioned that I wanted a different color and that I might have to look online, and the woman wouldn't even let me try on the shoes! I was planning on …

The WORST customer experience I have ever had in my life. I have never wanted to just walk out of a store and give this woman the middle finger. Smile, be polite, be helpful...you were SO rude. I WILL NEVER BE BACK IN THAT STORE. And I am going to blast this all over facebook and twitter. Hope you close down.
